New drummer!

Cyanide Paradise

Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been very quiet around us lately. All that is about to change though! With restrictions slowly lifting we are finally able to start working and playing together again, hopefully resulting in some liveshows very soon!

We are also working on some new material which will hopefully be ready for release in the near future, but more on that later!

The biggest news of the day however is a recent change in our line-up! Fabrizio and Cyanide Paradise have decided to part ways and Fabrizio will be focussing on his other project. Luckily, we found a worthy replacement in Dimmy Marcelissen, who will be drumming with us from now on!

We wish Fabrizio all the best with his other project(s) and be sure to follow him on Facebook and Instagram to see and hear what he comes up with!

Photoshoot and first rehearsal!

Last week we had a little photoshoot, so we can finally show off the full band. Stay tuned for the pictures soon, courtesy of Kelly Thans Photography!

As if that wasn’t awesome enough, we also had our very first rehearsal together as a full band! We had a blast and everything went amazingly well. With a couple more of these we’re sure to be more then ready to hit the stage next year!!

Our latest addition: welcome our new drummer!

We hereby want to introduce all of you to our new drummer and final addition to the now full line-up! We want to welcome Fabrizio De Marco among our ranks! 

Fabrizio is an ambitious and hard working musician, spending his ‘work’ days studying at the Metal Factory based in Eindhoven. He taps his inspiration from a variety of bands such as Nightwish, Leprous, Gloryhammer, Killswitch Engage, Omnium Gatherum and Amon Amarth, which make it a given that his musical influences come from all sorts of genres!

When asked which drummers inspire him he had to cut his list short to a top 3 consisting of Jocke Wallgren, Arien van Weesenbeek and Tomas Haake.

All in all we are excited to prepare for our live shows, so get ready to support us at a stage in the (near) future!

A second guitarist joined the band!

We hereby announce that we have added a second guitarist to our line-up: give a warm welcome to Sebastiaan Pongers!

We’ve known Sebastiaan for quite a while as a talented and experienced musician and are happy to have him joining our ranks.

Besides Cyanide Paradise, Sebastiaan is also active in Symphonic metal band Pandora’s Key and used to play in Folk metal band Rhovanion, as well as playing the Cello live with Heidevolk. His inspiration comes from musicians like Alexi Laiho and Jani Liimatainen, so be sure to expect some flaming riffs coming your way in the future!
